Sushi for Lunch

Home-made sushi for lunch
Ingredients: Japanese short grained rice, salt, sugar, rice vinegar, chicken cube, cucumber, carrot, chilli tuna, cheese, egg, seaweed.

Extras for later
Store in fridge.

The mess to clean up
Chopping board, plate, bowl, bamboo mat, plastic sushi mould, microwave rice pot, knive, ladle, spoon.
